Ordering:
  • All cakes are made to order. Please place your order at least seven (7) days in advance of your desired delivery date.
  • We accept orders via email or phone. Please provide us with the following information:
    • Cake type and design
    • Desired flavor(s)
    • Size and servings
    • Delivery date and address
    • Contact information
  • Upon confirmation of your order, we will provide you with a final price and payment instructions.
Delivery:
  • We deliver within a 20-mile radius of our location.
  • Delivery fees may apply and will be quoted at the time of order confirmation.
  • We will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Please ensure someone is available to receive the cake at the specified address and time.
Payment:

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Stripe (online payments)
  • Cash on Delivery
Cancellation Policy (Effective from February 2025):
  • Cancellations must be made in writing (email) and are subject to the following conditions:
    • Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the scheduled delivery date will receive a full refund.
    • Cancellations made between 7 days and 72 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date will receive a 50% refund.
    • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery date are non-refundable.
Product Information:
  • Our cakes are handcrafted, and slight variations in appearance may occur. We reserve the right to substitute ingredients of equal or better quality if necessary.
  • Upon delivery, please inspect your cake carefully. If you are not satisfied with the appearance or quality, please contact us immediately.
Liability:
  • We take every care to ensure your cake is made to the highest standard and delivered in perfect condition. However, we are not responsible for any consequential costs or emotional distress arising from issues with the cake or delivery. Our liability is limited to the value of the cake itself. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Customer Complaints:
  • We strive for customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with your cake or our service, please contact us as soon as possible via email or phone. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly and fairly.
Changes to Terms:

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

Governing Law:

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
